What is Restorative Yoga?
Restorative Yoga is a long, slow, grounding practice that stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system (responsible for calming us). At most, a session consists of 3-5 poses over the course of an hour to ninety minutes. Due to its gentleness, simplicity, and many benefits, restorative yoga is for everyone at any skill level! It is also highly adaptable to your individual needs.
