What is Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that promotes relaxation and stress relief in the body. Reiki energy is constantly developing and evolving. Anyone can become attuned to Reiki energy and share it in their everyday interactions. Reiki is gift to ourselves as well as others. In many cases, your Reiki journey will start as a pathway to improve your own mental, emotional and physical wellbeing, but by default when we work on ourselves, we share this new energy with those around us. We don't grow in heal in isolation! Therefore, not only is Reiki a gift to ourselves it is a gift to others in a time when we need it the most.

This “Reimagined” Reiki Training brings in the best of both worlds; having plenty of time to digest the material as well as having the opportunity to receive your placement live (livestream available) and practice techniques in a 1-1 or in a small group setting.

The first part of the course is the self paced online portion that will contain the basic concepts covered in each level as well as supplementary material such as Ayurvedic, chakra and meridian wisdom as well as other energetic concepts to enhance your experience and practice.

There is also a Bonus Module dedicated to Yoga, Qigong and energy balancing classes to help you create your own personal routines and become more in tune with your energy body. You also have as much time as you need to complete the online portion as it is completely self paced and after your certification you will continue to have access!

The live session date and time is scheduled once you finish the online modules. Once you have learned all the basics in the self paced online portion, it's the moment to receive your live placement and practice new Reiki techniques and skills. It is the perfect opportunity to embody the new techniques and ask any questions from the information covered in the online portion of the course.
